Clinical services are provided by Dr. Laura Korb MBChB MRCPsych (GMC No. 7071772) from Ellesmere Clinic, Ellesmere Grove, Barnet EN5 2FY.

For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, LKMG Consulting Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in connection with the practice.

  • Health and clinical information provided as part of a consultation or pre-assessment questionnaire

  • IP address and browser type (collected anonymously via Google Analytics)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form
  • To manage appointment bookings and your clinical care
  • To send appointment confirmation and reminder emails (via our booking platform, WriteUpp)
  • To maintain accurate clinical records as required by professional and legal obligations
  • To improve our website using anonymised analytics data

5. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with:

  • Your GP or other NHS clinicians, with your consent, for clinical coordination
  • WriteUpp — clinical practice management system used for booking, records, and appointment communications
  • Stripe — processes online payments for self-paying patients
  • An AI-assisted clinical note-taking tool — may process a transcript of consultations in order to generate clinical notes; patients are informed at the start of any consultation in which it is active and may opt out by informing the clinician before the session begins
  • Regulatory bodies (e.g. the GMC) if required to do so by law or professional obligation

To support accurate clinical documentation, we use an AI-assisted note-taking tool which may process a transcript of your consultation to generate clinical notes. This provider acts as a data processor on our behalf under a formal data processing agreement and is contractually prohibited from using your data for its own purposes. You may opt out at any time by letting your clinician know before the consultation begins.

6. Data Retention

Clinical records are retained for a minimum of 8 years from the date of the last clinical contact, or until age 25 for records relating to patients who were under 18, in accordance with NHS guidelines and professional obligations.

Contact form enquiries that do not result in a clinical relationship are deleted after 12 months.

Analytics data is retained for 26 months by Google Analytics (with IP anonymisation enabled).

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data (subject to legal and clinical obligations)
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the legal basis for processing)
