For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, Dr. Laura Korb is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in connection with the practice.

6. Data Retention

Clinical records are retained for a minimum of 8 years from the date of the last clinical contact, or until age 25 for records relating to patients who were under 18, in accordance with NHS guidelines and professional obligations.

Contact form enquiries that do not result in a clinical relationship are deleted after 12 months.

Analytics data is retained for 26 months by Google Analytics (with IP anonymisation enabled).

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request erasure of your data (subject to legal and clinical obligations)
• Restrict or object to processing
